Description

Collage Card Making with Alexandra Sheldon

THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE HOSTED ON ZOOM. ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

This is a two-day workshop.
Day 1: Saturday, 12/5 (10:00 am - 1:00 pm)
Day 2: Sunday, 12/6 (10:00 am - 1:00 pm)

This holiday season send someone a beautiful collaged card! Alexandra Sheldon prefers this workshop to almost any other workshop she teaches. Using recycled papers and cardboard make some unique collaged cards for those you love. You can add pictures of flowers, colours, paints, cartoons, funny things, tender things, anything. Receiving a collage card is like receiving a visual poem or a love letter. Join us for this fun workshop where we will make cards and connect with each other and our friends.

Suggested Materials:
- Glue Stick or Acrylic Matte Medium
- Brushes, pencils, pens, sharpies, sponge, ruler, any papers and light cardboard (tea and cereal boxes are great), real stamps, imagery from old books or magazines (old travel guides are good to cut up), music scores, old letters or cards, scissors, xacto, any water based paints like watercolors, acrylics, tempera, house paint, paper plates for color mixing, transparent papers like trace, tissue, rice, wax, deli, sewing patterns, water, rags, an apron, newspaper, charcoal, magazines.

All program registrations close 1 week prior to the program date, at 5pm.
ZOOM links for all classes are sent out the day before the first class date, no later than 5pm.
