Description

New Program!

As we continue to embrace social distancing,  we are re-launching our Virtual Studio Visit series!

Hosted on ZOOM, these visits allow up to 100 guests to 'visit' an artist's studio or workspace, ask questions about their work and progress, and share in community, from a distance.

For our this Virtual Studio Visit, we are pleased to visit the studio of Rebecca McGee Tuck!

Virtual Studio Visits are free, and open to all!

All attendees must register for this event in order to receive the link and login information for the ZOOM event. Please use the Virtual Meeting URL to register for this program.

About the Artist: Rebecca McGee Tuck is an artist and collector of lost objects. Using a combination of assemblage and fiber arts, Tuck welds, coils and weaves together debris that she gathers; on land and from the sea. The depth and textures that are created through sculptural experimentation become a layered narrative. On the surface, the objects within may only be unwanted debris, but the sculptural outcome that is composed is a multilayered storyline of what was left behind.
