Description

Botanical Painting with Gouache, with Julia Emiliani

In this workshop, local artist and illustrator Julia Emiliani will facilitate a gouache painting session. Participants will work from a live still life of plants and natural subject matter. During this class, participants will develop their own still life paintings and explore the expression of plants and their surrounding objects. Guidance will be provided throughout, offering instruction on building both observational and gouache painting techniques. This class is perfect for artists with intermediate skills looking for an open-ended session with the opportunity to self-direct.

For a detailed list of suggested materials, see the link here.
