Description

Presented as part of our Countdown to CAA DAY 2022

Are you stumped by Instagram? Do you want to share your artwork and build community, but are unsure of how to get started? And, are you confused by what the difference is between a story and a post? A reel and a video?

This small group session is for Cambridge Art Association members interested in getting started with Instagram. In this free session, you will learn the basic ins-and-outs of this social media platform, from the very basic (setting up your account, creating a post, what do all of those icons mean?) to considering who to follow, and basic insights on stories, reels, hashtags and more. You will leave with a sense of confidence in your ability to begin to post your artwork on Instagram.

All attendees will receive a print out (and PDF) of helpful info sheets on Instagram bascis.

This session will be led by Cambridge Art Association member, and Vice President of the Board of Directors, Margaret Sheldon (@mgtsheldon on Instagram)

Maximum number of attendees: 12
